hello!

I am a writer. My professional writing page is here. I started sending an irregularly scheduled email update to friends and family back in 2013. Here I am, finally migrating it to a newsletter. Each month, I send a round-up of excellent short stories, novels, and essays (AND sometimes tv shows or movies), that brought me joy or raised my eyebrows or nudged me in some way to be passed along, for sharing. I don't include any more than 3 hyperlinks per emails. It's not meant to be an overwhelming or thorough experience. A tasty snack.
